1. What is Managed IT?
There are two main types of Managed IT
One where a company hosts its own infrastructure, applications, servers, and workstations/devices that are monitored and supported remotely by an IT Service Provider. This is usually the most budget-friendly solution, depending on the size and type of organization.
The Other type of Managed IT is when Servers, Applications and other services are entirely hosted by the IT Service Provider, with the end users having lightweight and low cost network hardware, workstations, and devices that are monitored and supported remotely.
2. What is the support request process like?
Requests for support can be initiated in several ways. Support clients can start a support ticket, or can contact us directly in outage or emergency situation by phone, text or email.
Support request notifications are sent immediately to your assigned technician(s), who will contact whoever created the request for more information. Most of our clients are setup with SecureRemote access software and our technicians can assist without actually being on-site.
